One-On-One Support Services (Let's Work Together!)

Feeling stuck? Don’t know where to begin? Looking for a little more personal support? Let’s work together one-on-one!

I’m excited to now be offering coaching services!

Over the past year, I've had a lot of folks ask if they can work with me directly to help them launch their businesses, expand their services, or just troubleshoot issues they can't quite get past on their own. I took some time to pilot a few different types of "coaching" am excited to share that I now have two options available: a one-time intensive meeting and six weeks of ongoing support.

After having nearly 200 students take my online courses, I’ve seen and helped folks tackle a wide variety of issues with their businesses. I’ve realized that some people want some personalized support in addition to taking an online course, and for others, online courses just aren’t a great fit! Working directly with someone who has “been there” and guided others through the same or similar trouble spots might be just what you need to put you on the right path for success.

One-on-one support is available whether you’ve taken one of the online courses or not!

What can we tackle together?

We can tailor our time together to match your specific needs so you’ll walk away with actionable information, tips, and a plan to move forward.

Here are some examples of topics we can cover:

  • Define your niche and ideal clients, and brainstorm how to market to them

  • Create a plan to add e-design services to an existing in-person, “traditional” interior design business

  • Hone/troubleshoot your process to be efficient and provide a great client experience

  • Help you learn software to support your process (e.g. DesignFiles, Photoshop, and Homestyler)

  • Craft your design packages to fit your business model

  • Review your website and provide tips to make it work hard to serve your business

Options For Support:

90 Minute Intensive: $175

We’ll spend an hour and a half together on the phone (with an option to screen share if desired) working through issues in real time. You’ll leave with answers to your questions and an actionable “to do list.”

Prior to our call, I’ll ask you to share a list of topics/questions via email so that we can make the most of our time.

Six Weeks of Ongoing Support: $495

If accountability and an opportunity to ask more questions as they come up is what you crave, this structured month of support might be just what you need.

We’ll schedule three phone calls:

  • An initial one-hour call to work through pressing issues and create an action plan

  • A one-hour check-in call at week three

  • A final 30 minute wrap up call at the end of week six

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll also have access to me via email for one-off questions and I’ll check in weekly as well.

Want to hear from one of my clients about her experience? Here’s what Tara had to say about her six week intensive:

“I am a new owner of an interior design and art consulting business and I recently had the great pleasure of completing one-on-one consulting sessions with Chaney. If you are on the fence, allow me to encourage you to jump it because I know that hiring Chaney will be extremely beneficial to your business and to you personally! Chaney showed up to our calls extremely well prepared and offered at least three specific tips she had come up with (on her own time!) of areas I could focus on that would help my business. She listened carefully as I discussed concerns, ideas, and challenges, and she consistently provided the advice I needed to calmly navigate the seemingly endless tasks of starting a business.” - Tara, Cobblestone Lane Gallery

Need something different? Just send me an email and we’ll come up with a customized plan that fits your needs! I can’t wait to work together!
